Ingredients
05/250g/8 oz chicken fillet (cut into strips), 50g /2 oz 2 celery (shredded), 25 g/1 oz carrot (shredded), 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Black Pepper Chicken (60 g/2.1 oz). (Servings: 4)

Procedure
Stir-fry chicken in 1-2 tbsp oil until almost done. Add celery, carrot and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Black Pepper Chicken: Stir well in low heat for about 1 minute until chicken is done.
