Please note that the coverage of the areas (postcode) stated above may change depending on the courier company. If there is an increase in shipment rate because of the changes, online shoppers will be informed immediately. An order may be withheld until full payment is received.
On another note, the cost of the parcel will depend on the size of the box that we put your stocks in. If there are any changes on the price, we would gladly inform our dearest customers as soon as possible.
PayPal Orders
Orders will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to our PayPals account. All refunds will be returned to your PayPal account. Your shipping address must always be updated to avoid items lost. Asia Grocery Town has no respond for incorrect information provided to us. Once the order has been summited and confirmed, the shipping address will not be changed, until further indicate from you.
Weight
The shipping cost will include the product weight and from packing material such as newspapers, bubble wraps etc. It is weight by the delivery transport company.
Parcels and refund
We may use newspapers or Bubble wrap, etc. to protect your products. Also, all products and boxes send from us are in good condition, we will not be sent damage items to our customer.
Once the third parties receive the items, Asia Grocery Town has no obligation for lost, stolen or damage good refund.
In addition, please do not throw away of the damage parcels, while you will need it to show the proof for your claim.
Parcels return and policy
Once we receive the return parcels, we will contact you as soon as we can, to confirm the information and re-send it again. Please note that you will be responsible for additional shipping charge if needed.
If there are any parcel problems with you from us, please do not hesitate to email us within 24 hours for further discussion. In addition, no refund and return will be allowed after 7 days. Also, Asia Grocery Town will not refund and return to the items that you don’t like or change your mind.
Asia Grocery Town has no responsibility for any Order Lost or Goods damaged in transit.
