Recipe: Stir-Fried Squid With Roasted Chilli Paste
1. Prepare 250g scoured and cut squid, 100g diced onion, 50g cut straw mushroom or white mushroom, 1 sliced red chilli, 1-2 cut spring onion stalks
2. In a wok, bring 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil to high heat. Add squid, followed with diced onion. Stir-fry until cooked
3. Add the contents of this packet (50g) and mushroom. Stir-fry until done
4. Turn off heat, sprinkle with red chilli and spring onion and serve
