Recipe: Chicken Tom Ka
Submerge the packet in hot water for 1 minute. Cut open, the paste will come out easily.
1. Boil 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk. Add 300 g. chicken meat together with contents of this packet. Cook until chicken is well-done.
2. Add 2 cups (480 ml.) water. Simmer until chicken is tender.
3. Add one more cup coconut milk (240 ml.) and 100 g. mushroom. Bring to a boil and ready to serve. Add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
