INGREDIENTS:
Rice paper (rice flour, water, salt), yam bean, taro, fish paste 7.5% [surimi (fish), water, modify tapioca starch, salt, sugar), shrimp 5.5%, black fungus, onion, swimming crab 1.5%, sugar, soya oil, purple onion, flavour enhancer (INS 621, INS 635), garlic, salt, pepper.
DIRECTION: No need to defrost. Deep fry in hot oil (170°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden brown evenly.
PRESERVATION: Keep frozen at -18°C or in freezer comparment of refrigerator.
ALLERGY: Shrimp, fish, crab, soya.
