Taro pearl in coconut
cream known in Thailand as “Bualoy Pheuak” is made from “Sweet and firm” taro mixed with flour, and shaped into a tiny sized ball like pearl. The taro pearl tastes chery yet soft with sweet coconut cream that’s not overly sweet.
Ingredients: Coconut cream 60%, Taro 15%, Glutinous Rice Flour Mix (Glutinous Rice flour. Modified starch) 15%, S Sugar, Palm Sugar, Salt, Taro Flavour, Colour(Carmoisine (E122), Brilliant Blue FCF (E133))
