Recipe: Shrimp In Chinese Clay Pot
1. Soak 100g green bean noodles, drain and cut into shorter thread then mix well with contents of this packet
2. Slice 100g back fat or chicken fat. Place at the bottom of Chinese clay pot Alternatively, pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3. Place green bean noodle on top of the fat, followed by 300g fresh shrimp
4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve while hot
Suggested Use: This seasoning can be used with any seafoods.
